Account deletion starts inside the app, disables access immediately, and removes associated ordinary personal data within 30 days.

Confirming deletion is permanent. You will be signed out and the account cannot be restored. Download or save anything you need before continuing.

Access is disabled
Your session ends, the account stops participating in matching and chat, and it cannot be restored.

Within 30 days
Ordinary personal data is deleted
Account, profile, Intents, AI conversations, match and chat data, uploaded media, notification tokens, and account-linked device identifiers are deleted or unlinked.

Up to 180 days
Limited safety records
Reports, blocks, and evidence strictly needed for abuse investigation or enforcement remain restricted, then are deleted or de-identified.
Cannot access the app?
Email contact@intent.place with the subject “Account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify control of the account before acting. Support is an alternative when the in-app route is unavailable, not a required extra step after an in-app request succeeds.
